La Crosse USD 395

La Crosse Unified School District  No. 395 provides instruction for approximately 290 students.  La Crosse High School (9-12);  La Crosse Middle School (7-8);  La Crosse Elementary (K-6).

Our district goals are to:  (1) Promote Academic Excellence (2) Increase student achievement in local, state and national testing  (3) Develop strategies and improve programs (4) Using technology and innovative ideas to increase educational opportunities.

La Crosse is centrally located with neighboring cities such as Hays where Fort Hays State University is located & Great Bend with Barton Community College.  We are approximately 3 hours from Wichita and 3.5 from Topeka.  Cedar Bluff Reservoir is 40 miles west and Cheyenne Bottoms 35 miles east.
