The successful candidate will provide overall leadership and coordination among the various programs ensuring worthwhile learning experiences to the participants. TMP-M is a 2A co-ed Catholic school that participates in the Mid-Continent League at the high school level and the Mid-Continent Elementary League at the junior high level. At the high school level boys sports include football, cross country, basketball, wrestling, track, golf, and baseball. Employer Information Thomas More Prep-Marian Junior/Senior High School is a Catholic co-educational college preparatory school located in Hays, KS. Situated in western Kansas, Hays is a regional hub with a population of 25,000, a four-year university, a two-year technical college, and numerous arts and entertainment opportunities. TMP-Marian dates back to 1908 and has been a co-educational high school since 1981. The school added grades 7 & 8 in 2012 and 6th grade in 2023.
