Title: Speech Language Pathologist at Tecumseh South Elementary School

Salary:  Paid for years experience and education level following the teacher salary schedule.  Will also receive 6% of our base salary as a supplemental salary.

Supervises: Assigned Paraprofessionals in cooperation with the Principal and the Special Education Director

Purpose and Objectives of the Position:  The Speech Language Pathologist will plan and provide speech-language services to students with speech and language disorders.  To accomplish these tasks, the Speech Language Pathologist will assess students and provide therapeutic intervention to eliminate or reduce problems or impairments that interfere with students ability to derive benefit from the educational curriculum.
