Ability to work constructively and cooperatively with others. Ability to respond to information requests in a courteous, timely and helpful manner. Ability to manage job responsibilities while meeting established deadlines. Ability to access, input, and retrieve information from a computer. Ability to maintain confidentiality of student and staff information.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Manage MIS System for the Cooperative.
2. Scan, image, and file all required IEP related documentation into computer.
3. WebKIDSS IEP trainer for all certified staff. Maintain and update training manual as necessary.
4. Create and submit reports prior to the deadline required by the State.
5. Maintain accurate building calendars and update provider profiles, as needed, in WebKIDSS.
6. Attend trainings on required changes and improved ways of reporting to State.
7. Monitor submission and collection of progress reports from all service providers.
8. Answer IEP questions from providers and miscellaneous inquiries made by school personnel.
9. Retrieve, provide and maintain active and inactive student records.
10. Collect and maintain service logs for related service providers.
11. Maintain Medicaid records and oversee Medicaid billing.
12. Other duties as assigned by the administration.
