Secondary Special Education Teacher

Marshall-Nemaha Educational Services Cooperative is accepting applications for a 7-12 Special Education Teacher to serve students at Frankfort Schools. Applicants must hold, or will hold, by August 2025, a Kansas license with the appropriate endorsement. This includes provisional and waiver applicants.

This position requires a person who has good communication skills and can work effectively with staff, students, and parents. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: pre-referral intervention support (MTSS and GEI), IEP writing, consulting with teachers, building administrators, and parents; maintaining adequate records as required, the provision of services in the regular and special education settings, and collecting data for decision-making.

Salary Information

Salary is commensurate with education and experience and in accordance with the salary schedule of the sponsoring district.
