Lead Teacher USD

TOP Early Learning Center is looking for a kind, fun loving, happy, year around licensed Lead Teachers for our USD Pre-K classroom at TOP Northwest, and 2665 N. Arkansas, Wichita, KS. Must have license (ECE preferred).

• Complete weekly lesson plans in accordance with our Curiosity Corner curriculum guidelines.
• Create individual education and guidance plans for the children in your classroom that are developmentally appropriate.
• Communicate with parents/caregivers both verbally and via our parent engagement application.
• Ensure CACFP point of service meal counts are entered via Child Plus software.
• Administer pre- and post-test assessments. Using assessment data to formulate instruction to meet children's individual needs.
• Ensure identified student outcomes are met.
• Conduct all parent teacher conferences.
• Have fun teaching your kids and watch them learn and grow!
