  • Scheduling (with Naviance) 
    1. Create years/terms

  • Honor Roll- both semesters (send to paper)
  • Transcripts
  • Grades

5. Graduation Progress: Junior/Senior Meetings

  • Monitor grades, courses, Kansas Scholar, Val, Sal

6. Scholarships

  • Locate scholarships
  • Collect applications

  • Organize in a meaningful way and communicate to parents/students
  • Arrange winners and organize for senior send off
  • Arrange admissions and deliver checks upon approval

7. County Wide Career Fair

         Coordinate with other schools every other year 

8. IPS/Naviance 

         Create grade level lessons

  • Monitor progress
  • Add new courses
  • Help students/teachers navigate career exploration and courses

9.  Assist with SEL Program

10. Apply Kansas 

         Help apply

  • Gather application numbers and report to state

11. Graduation Requirements

         Track Post Secondary Assets

         Assist students with academics and applications

Benefits Information

Salary Information

60,000 + with added experience
