USD 423 Moundridge seeks a dynamic and collaborative educator to join our faculty and community as a Middle and High School Art Instructor for the 2025-2026 school year.  The individual would teach Art for students in grades 6-12.  The ideal candidate will have experience in education, and have a passion for teaching children in a rural community.  More importantly, an individual with genuine caring and passion for all learners. This role requires a commitment to academic excellence, a passion for nurturing a positive school culture and a dedication to ensuring all students thrive and grow. 

Qualifications required: Bachelor's Degree and a current, valid Kansas teaching license.

The Moundridge school system is located within the dynamic town of Moundridge, KS; home to over 1,740 people.  We are positioned 45 minutes north of the city of Wichita and 45 minutes south of the city of Salina, off of interstate 135.  Moundridge USD 423 consists of a PK-3 Elementary School building, 4-8 Middle School building and 9-12 High School building.  We are a 2A district with an average enrollment in the upper-400s. Moundridge has a rich sense of history, community pride, and success in our academics and activity programs.

Our staff members are encouraged to grow through a variety of in-service programs and through a salary step program that provides compensation for additional college credits.
