Principal - Manhattan Catholic Schools (K-8)

Manhattan Catholic Schools is seeking a faith-filled, student-centered Principal to lead our K–8 Catholic school community in Manhattan, Kansas. This is a unique opportunity for a mission-driven educational leader to serve as leader, communicator, supervisor, and administrator, fostering academic excellence, strong Catholic identity, and a vibrant school–parish partnership.

Located near downtown Manhattan, Manhattan Catholic Schools serves families with a deep commitment to forming disciples of Jesus Christ through rigorous academics, intentional faith formation, and a close-knit community that knows and loves its students. The school partners closely with parents, pastors, and the Diocese of Salina to educate the whole child—mind, body, and spirit.

The Principal will:

• Lead a Christ-centered learning environment rooted in Catholic identity

• Support and develop faculty through supervision, evaluation, and professional growth

• Communicate effectively with families, staff, parish leadership, and the wider community

• Oversee school operations, budgeting, and policy implementation in collaboration with diocesan and local leadership
