Oakley is a small, rural community in Northwest Kansas, conveniently located just off I-70. Our community recently passed a $28 million bond to construct a new Preschool–8th Grade school and to make updates to the current high school. We are looking for a candidate who has a passion for learning and can provide engaging instruction in reading, writing, math, and core subject areas for young learners. We value educators who build strong foundations in literacy, numeracy, and social development while creating a safe, supportive environment that encourages curiosity, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning. Benefits Information USD 274-Oakley pays for an employee only policy with a $500 deductible, as well as MASA coverage, and a $10,000 life insurance policy.
Salary Information $44,558 based on 2025-2026 School Year. Candidates’ years of experience and level of education will be taken into consideration.
