Cooperative - 2025-26 School YearWinfield USD 465 • www.usd465.com SCHOOL PSYCHOLOGIST - Cowley County Special Services Cooperative (CCSSC) - 2025-26 School Year. Interested candidates must be licensed as a school psychologist or have completed their practicum experience as a school psychologist and be ready for an internship. If an individual still needs a practicum experience, the Cooperative can pay an hourly rate during the practicum period. After the practicum has been completed the individual will then move into an internship at a beginning salary. Beginning salary for a school psychologist with 0 years of experience was approximately $56,000 - $58,000 in the 2024-25 school year. The school psychologist works and is paid for an additional hour per school day and for an additional 10 days per school year. The USD 465 Board of Education contributes $400/month toward a single health insurance premium for the employee as well. This benefit is worth $4,800/school year on top of the annual salary. CCSSC covers all six school districts within Cowley County. Schools to which the school psychologist will be assigned to be determined at a later date.
