Coop.)Winfield USD 465 • www.usd465.com GIFTED FACILITATOR - WINFIELD HIGH/MIDDLE SCHOOLS* - Cowley County Special Services Cooperative/USD 465 Winfield Grades 8-12 - 2025-26 School Year Ideally, the applicant should be licensed as a gifted teacher. However, consideration will also be given to teachers who are not yet licensed in special education as a gifted facilitator and have demonstrated success in the regular classroom, are interested in pursuing this position, and are willing to take coursework toward gifted licensure. The Coop has an Education Reimbursement Program that can assist teachers financially to obtain special education licensure. The Coop will also individually mentor and train the individual hired for this position in the legal aspects of the job and associated paperwork. There are other gifted facilitators who will team with the newly hired teachers to assist them in becoming acclimated to the position. *The classroom is housed at Winfield High School and provides services for gifted students in grades 9-12 and gifted students from Winfield Middle School in grade 8.
