Job Announcement - SPECIAL EDUCATION TEACHER ARKANSAS CITY HIGH SCHOOL - MATHEMATICS (Pre-Algebra & Algebra) - Needed ASAP   Cowley County Special Services Cooperative (CCSSC) in Winfield, Kansas has an opening for a Special Education Teacher, caseload of 7th grade students, primary focus on teaching intensive math.  (CCSSC Special Education job applications and hiring are processed through the host district, USD 465 Winfield Public Schools, Winfield KS.)  Must have or be eligible for a Kansas Teaching License with secondary Math endorsements and High-Incidence Special Education endorsements preferred, but this area may be negotiable with CCSSC.  If qualified and interested please fill out an online CERTIFIED APPLICATION by opening the EMPLOYMENT box on our website: www.usd465.com.  (A resume must be uploaded before you may submit your application for this position.  See "Certified Application Process:" in the EMPLOYMENT box for a list of required documentation that should be submitted to complete your application.) 

 Salary:
Salary is commensurate with experience. All licensed teachers are placed on the USD 465 Negotiated Agreement Teacher's Salary Schedule.  First year teachers with a Bachelors Degree received $47,581 in the 24/25 school year.  First year teachers with a Masters Degree received $51,168 in the 24/25 school year.

USD 465 Board of Education conributes $400/month toward the employee's health insurance premium through Blue Cross of Kansas.
