Ulysses High School Head Track Coach (2025-2026)

SD 214- Ulysses seeks a dynamic individual for the head track coach position at Ulysses High School for the 2025-2026 school year.  USD 214- Ulysses seeks a coach committed to high achievement and excellence at all levels in the community, classroom, and the playing field.  Candidates should demonstrate the ability to build a program (7-12) with strong, positive values supporting success in the field, classroom, and community.  The preferred candidate possesses the following abilities:

-collaborate, build, and maintain strong community relationships with all stakeholders to establish a strong program

-leadership and instructional skills to teach student-athletes and coaching staff fundamental skills and knowledge of the game

-excellent written and oral skills

-develop and maintain a program that develops student-athletes fundamentals to be successful both on the field, in the classroom, and the community.

-oversee the coaching staff and professional development of the coaching staff.

A dynamic character, personality, flexibility, team player, and proper social capability to relate effectively with diverse staff, students, parents, and the Ulysses community within a rigorous K-12 academic environment.
