UHS Head Powerlifting Head Coach

Ulysses USD 214 is seeking a dynamic individual to fill the current vacancy for Head Powerlifting Coach at Ulysses High School for the 2025-2026 school year. Ulysses USD 214 seeks a coach committed to high achievement and excellence at all levels in the community, classroom, and playing field.

Candidates should demonstrate the ability to build a program (7-12) with solid and positive values supporting success in the field, classroom, and community.  The preferred candidate possesses the following abilities:

-Collaborate, build, and maintain strong community relationships with all stakeholders to establish a strong program.

-Leadership and instructional skills to teach student-athletes and coaching staff fundamental skills and knowledge of the sport.

-Excellent written and oral skills.

-Develop and maintain a program that develops student-athletes' fundamentals for success on the field, in the classroom, and the community.

-Oversee the coaching staff and professional development of the coaching staff.

A dynamic character, personality, flexibility, a team player, and proper social capability to relate effectively with diverse staff, students, parents, and the Ulysses community within a rigorous K-12 academic environment.
