Part-Time Early Childhood TeacherLewis USD 502 • www.usd502.com Description: USD 502 is looking for a qualified individual to fill our Preschool position at Lewis Elementary School. Responsibilities include but are not limited to; planning and delivering engaging and age-appropriate lessons to preschool students, creating a positive learning environment to facilitate the personal, social, and intellectual development of students. This position could be full time with other duties assigned. Requirements: 1. Bachelors degree from an accredited college/university. 2. Current Kansas Teaching Certificate or license with Early Childhood Endorsement required. 3. Kansas Certification of Health Certificate on file in the Central Office (after employment offer is made). Benefits Information Single health insurance paid for by USD 502. 10 days of sick leave, 3 days of personal leave are available upon employment. Option to participate in the 125 cafeteria plan. Salary Information USD 502 base salary is $43,500. Additional steps and movement on the salary schedule are available on licensure, continuing education credits, and teaching experience.
