   1. Trauma-informed, Transformative Classroom Management and/or Behavior Specialist
   2. Science of Reading/Literacy
   3. ESOL
   4. Curriculum and Instruction

Location: Central Kansas; Travel to surrounding schools

We are seeking passionate and experienced education consultants to provide onsite professional development, training, or consulting in Kansas schools We are looking for individuals who specialize in trauma-informed approaches or evidence-based literacy practices grounded in the Science of Reading.

Description of Needs and Services:

Sub-contractor position to work half or full day onsite delivering training, professional development, and consulting in Kansas schools within the following areas:

Classroom Management & Trauma-Informed Practices:

Design and deliver strategies for managing classrooms with a focus on supporting students experiencing adversity or big behaviors.

Train and coach educators on creating safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environments.

Utilize trauma-informed approaches to improve student engagement and behavior.

Science of Reading/Literacy:

Implement research-backed literacy strategies to improve reading outcomes for diverse student populations.

Provide training and support to educators in evidence-based reading instruction methods, including phonics, phonemic awareness, and other literacy fundamentals.
