A successful applicant would need to demonstrate the ability to build a positive school culture and be committed to high achievement for all students and staff. Candidates must be able to demonstrate excellent instructional leadership, strong oral and written communication skills, and be a person who can maintain outstanding relationships with school, district, family and community stakeholders. Qualifications Preferred: Current administrative certificate issued by the Kansas State Department of Education. Preferred: A minimum of five (5) years successful teaching experience and experience as a principal or assistant principal. Employer Information Inman USD 448 is located in central Kansas between Hutchinson and McPherson. We have two school facilities in our district: Inman Elementary School and Inman Junior/Senior High School. The total enrollment of the two schools is approximately 450 students. Inman is a class 2A school and is a member of the Heart of America League. The district provides preschool options for both three-year-old and four-year-old students.
