Middle School Math TeacherSouth Brown County USD 430 • www.usd430.org The classroom teacher is responsible for teaching, instructing, guiding and directing all pupils assigned to his/her classes in the teaching/learning process. The teacher will plan learning activities to assist pupils in gaining knowledge, developing skills and attaining educational goals. The teacher is responsible for measuring and evaluating pupil progress toward attainment of educational objectives. The teacher will follow the State indicators and curriculum outcomes as designed by the district and teacher. The teacher will create a safe and flexible shop environment favorable to learning and personal growth; to establish effective rapport with other staff and students. Salary Information The teacher will be placed on the salary schedule at the highest step and column which their experience and credentials allow.
