What Youll Do

  • Teach assigned high school classes using district curriculum

  • Plan engaging lessons that meet a variety of learning needs

  • Build positive relationships with students and create a supportive classroom

  • Monitor student progress and provide feedback

  • Collaborate with fellow teachers, administrators, and support staff

  • Follow school policies and participate in meetings and professional learning

What Were Looking For

  • Bachelors degree in education (completed or in progress)

  • Kansas teaching license or eligibility to obtain one

  • Strong communication and classroom management skills

  • A passion for working with students and growing as an educator
