We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to serve as the 6-12 Principal, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation across grades 6 through 12. Position Overview: The 6-12 Principal will provide leadership, direction, and supervision for students, faculty, and staff at the middle and high school levels. This individual will lead efforts to ensure student achievement, promote a positive and inclusive school climate, support professional growth among staff and community engagement. 

Key Responsibilities: Provide instructional leadership and oversee curriculum implementation to ensure student success. Develop and maintain a school culture that promotes high expectations for academic achievement and positive behavior. Evaluate and support teaching staff through observations, feedback, and professional development opportunities. Collaborate with stakeholders, including teachers, parents, and community members, to build strong relationships and partnerships. Manage school operations, including scheduling, budgets, and facility maintenance. Monitor and analyze student performance data to guide instructional improvements. Promote equity, inclusion, and diversity within the school community. Address disciplinary issues promptly and fairly while supporting restorative practices. Ensure compliance with state and federal education laws, regulations, and district policies. Lead and support extracurricular programs and activities to enrich the student experience. 

Qualifications: Masters degree in Educational Leadership, Administration, or a related field. Valid Kansas Principal Certification (or ability to obtain). Proven leadership experience in a secondary education setting preferred. Strong knowledge of curriculum, instruction, and assessment strategies. Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Commitment to fostering a positive and collaborative school environment.
