Anticipated Openings for k-12 Interrelated Special Education

Beloit Special Education Cooperative has an opening for an interrelated special education teacher for the 2024-2025 school year. 

BSEC provides special education services across 5 school districts, including Beloit USD 273, Rock Hills USD 107, Waconda USD 272, Lincoln USD 298, and Sylvan/Lucas USD 299.

The position requires a person who has good communication skills and can work effectively with staff, students, and parents. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, providing students on Individualized Educational Plans with appropriate instructional services and a learning environment that will enable each student to master the basic skills defined by the District's Mission Statement. Duties include IEP writing, consulting with teachers, building administrators, and parents; maintaining adequate records as required, the provision of services in the regular and special education settings, and collecting data for decision-making.
