The School Psychologist monitors the completion of case study evaluations and participates in Individual Education Plan (IEP) conferences and problem-solving meetings designing systems, programs and services that maximize students social, emotional, and educational success. In collaboration with staff, families, students, and communities the school psychologist promotes effective educational environments.

The Interlocal employs approximately 140 teachers and 350 paraeducators. Employees and spouse employed by another Greenbush Consortium district are able to receive defined benefit toward the purchase of insurance from both the interlocal and the spouse`s employing district. SEK Interlocal provides ten sick leave days per year and three personal days for professional staff. In addition, the interlocal provides a sick leave pool to employees after sick and personal days have been depleted. Unused sick and personal leave days are carried over into accumulated sick leave.
