In order to respond to the individual needs and abilities of students, the teacher must work closely with other staff and the administration of U.S.D. 443. Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university. 2. Current Kansas Teaching Certificate or license with Early Childhood Endorsement required. 3. Kansas Certification of Health Certificate on file in the Central Office (after employment offer is made). 4. Desire to continue career improvement.
