2025-2026 District Activities DirectorDodge City USD 443 • www.usd443.org Purpose: The District Activity Director (7-12) position is designed to provide coordination between the 7/8 and 9-12 activities & events. The District Activity Director provides visionary leadership for the district's activities. This position ensures that activities and co-curricular programming aligns with the district's educational mission, promotes academic success, and fosters a positive culture of school pride, spirit, and community engagement. While this position is ideally responsible for both athletic and activities management, we recognize that finding a candidate with expertise in both areas can be challenging.
