Salary Information Salary is per negotiated agreement found on our website. The district will provide a Flexible Fringe Benefit Program, Cafeteria Section 125 Salary Reduction option for all employees. Previous fringe benefit amounts are now included in the salary schedule. USD 421 currently has one of the better insurance BCBS Health and Dental coverages in the State. Currently, the district pays $877/mo. for a single plan with only a $500 deductible. We also have tuition reimbursement for $135/ credit hour.
