Salary Information USD 421 offers a competitive salary base starting at $47,895 with excellent insurance coverage. Years experience are honored.
The Board of Education will pay $130.00 as a Tuition Reimbursement for each hour of credit toward a Master’s Degree program or an additional teaching endorsement. Or, after one year of employment, there are $150,000 of Patterson Family Foundation Grant funds for teachers - FULL reimbursement for college courses. Supplemental salaries for coaching and sponsorships are available, honoring years of experience and longevity pay. Professional development opportunities available.
