The ECSE teacher creates a flexible, developmentally appropriate instructional environment that supports learning and personal growth for young children with developmental delays.  This position focuses on developing individualized outcomes that help children leverage their strength, address identified needs, and reach their full potential.  The teacher collaborates with families, staff, and service providers to ensure meaningful progress and inclusive learning opportunities.
