Salary Information Salary will be per the negotiated agreement. A new 1st-year teacher starting salary for the 2023-24 school year is 43 680. Counselor is on an Extended Contract.

Employer Information Kingman-Norwich USD 331 is a district proudly serving approximately 900 students in grades PreK-12 located in south-central Kansas. The district consists of Kingman Elementary serving approximately 350 students in grades PreK-6, Kingman Middle High School serving approximately 300 students in grades 7-12, and Norwich school serving approximately 250 students in grades PreK-12.
