Employer Defined Benefit (district monthly contribution towards the employee health plan) for the 2025-26 school year is currently $811.00 towards a single plan ($9,732.00 yearly), and $906.00 towards a family plan ($10,872.00 yearly).

An Employer Paid Match monthly contribution to a 403b-retirement account for eligible employees up to 3.5% of base salary.

Kingman-Norwich USD 331 is a district proudly serving approximately 900 students in grades PreK-12 located in south-central Kansas.
