Middle-High School Counselor

USD 307 pays up to $600 towards the District Health Insurance as well as $70 per month toward a 403b Retirement Plan. We offer 13 discretionary leave days and a teacher-friendly calendar. We have a grant fund for staff to receive assistance with paying for advanced degree college courses. The Cardinal Foundation offers mini-grants yearly to assist teachers with additional needs.

Per Negotiated Agreement

USD #307, Ell-Saline, is a progressive rural district with an easy 15-minute access to Salina and its amenities.  Ell-Saline School District serves approximately 464 students. The district includes an elementary school (PreK-6), located one mile west of Salina and a Junior/Senior High located 15 miles west of Salina in Brookville. The Ell-Saline School District prides itself on its dedication to serve students and making students our number one priority. 

District technology includes a wireless technology environment, network upgrades, 1 to 1 Chromebooks in grades 7 - 12, utilization of iPads to support elementary student engagement, and digital display technology in all classrooms.  USD #307 is committed to using technology as a tool to enhance learning and to support a dedicated professional teaching staff.

Extra-curricular and co-curricular activities enhance the learning experience for the students at Ell-Saline.  These activities, along with the strong academic success and a family environment provide a strong learning environment which prepares our students to thrive as individuals after graduation.
