West Franklin Unified School District 287 is comprised of two elementary schools, a middle school and a high school. The two elementary schools serve Pre-K through grade 5; West Franklin Elementary at Appanoose is located in a rural location 7 miles north of Pomona, while West Franklin Elementary at Williamsburg is located within the city of Williamsburg. West Franklin Middle School, serving grades 6-8 and West Franklin High School are on the same campus and both are located in the city of Pomona.
