Physical Education Teacher - Burlington High School

Come join the Wildcat Family!  USD #244 Burlington High School is looking for a Physical Education Teacher who thrives in a student-centered and interactive learning environment.   This position provides a rigorous curriculum that aligns with the Kansas Department of Education’s Standards.

Courses taught may include Lifetime Fitness (9th grade requirement), Team Sports, Individual Activities, Intro to Health Care, Strength-Performance-Speed.

Burlington High School hosts approximately 260 students with over 90% of the student body actively involved in activities and athletics.  With around 50 staff members in the school, BHS's environment allows professional collaboration, effective support, opportunities for professional growth and extra-curricular activities, and the ability to get to know all students and families.
