6-12 Student Success Coordinator/CounselorGreeley County USD 200 • www.tribuneschools.org Greeley County Schools USD 200 has an opening for a full-time 6-12 Counselor/Student Services Director for the 2025-26 school year. We are looking for a passionate, self-motivated, and innovative individual who can build positive relationships, care about student success, enhance content with relevant experiences, and foster an atmosphere with a desire for learning. Candidates must hold a Masters degree in counseling or social work, have a current Kansas teaching or school counselor license/endorsement, or be able to obtain the requirements in a reasonable amount of timepossibility of becoming a student success coordinator position title until completion of education and endorsements.
BASIC FUNCTION/PURPOSE Provide a comprehensive, developmental guidance and counseling program for all children in grades 6-12 to assist students in learning skills needed for academic success and personal/social and career development; plan, conduct, and supervise classroom and group activities; provide responsive services to individuals and small groups; work cooperatively with students, families, teachers, and staff; consult with teachers, parents and staff to enhance children's education, personal/social and career development; support other Jr./Sr. level educational programs.

Benefits Information The USD 200 Board of Education pays 100% of the monthly premium towards a single health insurance plan in the district’s group plan. Staff receive 13 discretionary days each year that can be banked into sick time if unused. Greeley County Schools also offers tuition reimbursement of up to $150 per hour for up to 12 hours per year toward an advanced degree. Greeley County also participates in the Rural Opportunity Zone program, where a new individual moving to the county with student loan debt can receive up to $15,000 over 5 years to use towards their outstanding student loans. Salary Information The base salary is $43,236. (The actual salary will be commensurate with experience. Greeley County Schools accepts prior experience.)
