Jayhawk USD 346 has a current enrollment of 600 students attending Jayhawk Elementary and Jayhawk JrHi/Jayhawk-Linn High School, classified as a 2A high school.  The district is located in eastern Kansas approximately sixty miles south of Kansas City.  The district serving both southern Linn and northwestern Bourbon County spans 302 square miles and has a population of approximately 3,416.
