The Library Media/Information and Learning Specialist is responsible for supporting efforts to increase student achievement through demonstrating, applying and providing professional development on innovative instructional practices. The Library Media Specialist/Information and Learning Specialist is also responsible for delivering the district library media curriculum in a manner that encourages creativity, innovation, communication, collaboration, and information literacy and results in enhanced student learning. Leading and managing the library media budget and all subsequent resources in order to develop a current and innovative resource collection.
