Position Overview

Unified School District 380 is seeking a dynamic and innovative K-12 Principal to lead our educational community in Frankfort, Kansas.

Qualifications

- Building Leadership License (or ability to obtain within specified timeframe)

- Strong educational leadership background

- Demonstrated commitment to student success

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- K-12 administrative experience preferred

Requirements

- Valid Kansas administrative certification

- Master's degree in Educational Leadership or related field

- Proven track record of educational leadership

- Strong understanding of curriculum development

- Ability to create a positive learning environment
