Benefits Information Health Insurance Benefits: The district agrees to pay monthly medical /dental coverage as follows on a $1500 Deductible: Single, $802.41 ($3300 HDHP- $780.69); Employee Children, $1,158.83, Employee Spouse, $1,227.67; Family, $1,484.10. If the premium total for the health and dental plan the employee chooses is less than the allotted amounts above, the lesser amount will be paid by the district. Salary Information Base $42,000 with coaching and supplemental positions available. Employer Information Victoria USD 432 is a rural district of just over 1,200 people in eastern Ellis County.
