ORION Education and Training has an opening for a full-time Teacher in Wichita at their Juvenile Detention Facility. Bachelors degree in Education; strong preference for secondary licensure in Social Studies, English Language Arts, Science, Math, or SPED. Position will be responsible for teaching, instructing, grading and record keeping for all students attending the Juvenile Detention Facility program sites. Required skills: technology proficiency, verbal and written communication, organization, and the ability to facilitate in class learners, and the ability to remain calm and professional during times of chaos and crisis.
