DESCRIPTION The Silver Lake school district is seeking a dynamic building leader who demonstrates strong- effective communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students- staff- families- and the broader school community. The successful candidate should possess proven elementary level instructional leadership experience- including a deep understanding of Professional Learning Communities (PLC) practices- the use of data-driven interventions to support student learning- and must possess or be in the process of adding the Seal of Literacy. A strong commitment to appropriate student development in mathematics and literacy across PreK–6 grade levels is essential.
This position is a 12-month contract and reports to the Superintendent of Schools.
Starting salary range will be $85-000 - $95-000- with adjustments for experiences and advanced trainings.
