Baldwin High School Activities Director

Baldwin High School USD 348 is seeking qualified applicants for an Activities Director position. This is an 11-month position that begins July 1- 2025.  

A K-12 Admin License is not required- but is preferred.

Candidates should be a certified teacher with minimum 5 years teaching experience and 5 years experience as a coach/director/sponsor.  

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to...

- Attend league meetings

- Schedule athletics/activities

- Recruit and retain High School coaches and sponsors

- Support and foster growth within athletics and activities

- KSHSAA required trainings

- Attend athletic and activities events

- Plan and facilitate summer scheduling

- Schedule/management of facilities

- Gameday setup/teardown

- Organize extra duty workers for events

- Manage school district activities on the website 

- Manage athletic/activities budget in coordination with the Director of Finance
