Wichita Montessori School is seeking caring, dependable, and flexible individuals to serve as substitute teachers for the 20252026 school year.

Substitutes play a vital role in supporting our classrooms when teachers are absent, helping us maintain a nurturing, consistent, and engaging learning environment for our students.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting students with classroom activities and routines

Supporting the lead teachers lesson plans and guidance

Supervising children in a safe and respectful manner

Fostering the Montessori principles of independence, curiosity, and kindness
