The MS/HS PE Teacher oversees safe and orderly classrooms; ensures student achievement for all student groups; building positive school/community relations; leads the students in developing constructive peer and student/teacher relations; oversees effective and efficient student performance; practices responsible fiscal, facility and resource management; and models positive professional attributes. A candidate must: 

-have a valid building level/subject area license issued by the Kansas State Board of education

-have the ability to work cooperatively and constructively with others, including the ability to communicate effectively with a broad number of audiences. 

-have the ability to manage job responsibilities and meet the established district outcomes.  

-have the ability to use district-identified computer hardware and software, and other district-provided technology as needed.  

-have the ability to physically adapt to the compressed time schedule of a school day and year.
