Marvin Sisk Middle School is accepting applications for a Middle School Social Studies Teacher with coaching possibilities for Head HS Girls Basketball and Head MS Wrestling . A current Kansas teaching license with appropriate endorsements is required. The  Middle School Social Studies Teachers essential job functions include, but are not limited to:

1. Oversee safe and orderly classrooms
2. Ensure student achievement for all student groups
3. Lead the students in developing constructive peer and student/teacher relations
4. Oversee effective and efficient student performance
5. Practice responsible fiscal, facility, and resource management
6. Model positive professional attributes
7. Work cooperatively and constructively with others
8. Manage job responsibilities and meet the established district outcomes
9. Use district-identified computer hardware and software, and other district-provided technology as needed
