Director of Apprenticeships & Workforce Development

Fort Hays Tech | North Central is seeking a Director of Apprenticeships and Workforce Development on the Hays or Beloit Campus. Duties include being responsible for leading initiatives that connect students with industry opportunities and ensuring that workforce training and apprenticeship programs align with regional workforce needs.

The Director of Apprenticeships and Workforce Development is a new position at Fort Hays Tech North Central and will play a key role in the expansion of the College’s workforce development efforts. This position will serve as a liaison between the College and business and industry leaders. The College is looking for an energetic and innovative task manager that can help bolster the workforce in our service area. Come join our team!
