Salary based on experience and education with base starting at $47,000 - $72,018

* A salary schedule in the top 25% in Kansas, base rate of $47,000. 

* Employer provided 403(b) retirement account. 

* The cost of a single health insurance premium is $35/month for a standard plan. 

* Garden City will pay for teachers to receive an ESL or special education endorsement. 

* Extra compensation for bilingual and special education teachers. 

* Employer paid Master`s Tuition Reimbursement of $7,500 for teachers first Master`s Degree in exchange for 5 years of service.
