Spearville USD 381 Benefits Information 2024-2025 Base salary is $44,500 with an additional $1,000 base increase next year along with step advancements. USD 381 pays $600 monthly towards Health, dental, and vision Insurance. Health, Dental, Vision, Sick days, Personal Days, and KPERS are available, as well as reimbursement for college coursework.
