Position Summary:
The Middle School Principal will serve as the instructional and operational leader, promoting a positive, student-centered culture while ensuring academic and operational excellence. This leader will work closely with staff, families, and the community to help every student reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visionary Leadership: Develop and communicate a clear vision for academic and cultural success.
- Culture & Climate: Foster a positive, inclusive school environment where students and staff thrive.
- Instructional Leadership: Guide staff in student-centered, data-driven teaching practices and professional growth.
- Operational Management: Oversee school operations, including scheduling, budgeting, facilities, and resources.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data to monitor student progress and drive instructional improvements.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-5 years of leadership experience in middle school or equivalent preferred.
- Education: Masters degree in Educational Leadership or related field; valid administrative certification.
- Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and data-analysis skills with a collaborative leadership style.
