Salary Information Base salary $41,200
Employer Information Rural Vista, USD 481, is comprised of two K-12 schools, Hope Schools and White City Schools. If you are looking for small town connections with affordable housing and big city access, then Rural Vista is the place for you. Big city access is within an hour of both of our communities. With our 10:1 student to teacher ratio, we offer a great learning experience and opportunity for every student and educator. New teachers are also provided with a two-year in-house mentoring program.

Hope and White City schools are in a cooperative agreement for all athletic teams including; Volleyball, Football, Basketball, Track and Scholars Bowl. The Rural Vista Heat is a member of the Wheat State League. Both boys and girls teams have had tremendous success since the co-op began over 12 years ago, with multiple State tournament berths.
