We currently offer $500 towards a single health plan through Blue Cross and Blue Shield. The district also provides 12 days a year for sick or personal leave plus an additional 3 professional days of your choice.

Rural Vista, USD 481, is comprised of two K-12 schools, Hope Schools and White City Schools. With our 10:1 student to teacher ratio, we offer a great learning experience and opportunity for every student and educator.  New teachers are also provided with a two-year in-house mentoring program.

Hope and White City schools are in a cooperative agreement for all athletic teams including; Volleyball, Football, Basketball, Track and Scholars Bowl. The Rural Vista Heat is a member of the Wheat State League. Both boys and girls teams have had tremendous success since the co-op began over 12 years ago, with multiple State tournament berths.
